Within the BIOTOOL-CHF project, the Italian Association of Heart Failure Patients (AISC) has launched a questionnaire aimed at collecting the experiences of individuals living with chronic heart failure.
The survey is designed to explore key aspects of patients’ daily lives, including the management of symptoms, interactions with healthcare services, and the overall impact of the condition on quality of life. By gathering direct input from patients, the initiative seeks to better understand their needs, challenges, and expectations.
The information collected will contribute to strengthening the clinical study by integrating the patient perspective into its design and implementation. This will help ensure that the tools and approaches developed within the project are aligned with real-world experiences and priorities.
The questionnaire is fully anonymous. No personally identifiable data are collected, and all responses will be analysed in aggregated form, in full compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Participants are invited to contribute by completing the questionnaire at the following link:

Taking part in this initiative represents a valuable opportunity to support research and provide insights that can help improve the understanding and management of heart failure.
